Cobbleyard generates alpha through robust selection, asset management and optimal disposal-timing. Cobbleyard has the capability to shift its focus between Sweden and Finland through cycles. Cobbleyard's objective is to introduce a robust asset management plan in its underwriting that can be executed within 1-3 years from acquisition.
